Privacy policy

What we collect

The application asks for your name, Pakistan mobile number, city and learning circumstances. Readiness questions cover whether you can attend in Bahawalnagar, laptop access, time to practise and interest in later training. Email and a note about what you hope to learn are optional.

We save an application reference, submission time, review status, readiness answers and a private score to help the team review them. We also record your privacy choice, policy version and consent time, your separate messaging choices and their times, and your confirmation that you are an adult or a parent or guardian using your own contact details.

Cloudflare processes basic request and security information, which can include your IP address, request time and technical information about your browser and connection. The application service uses short-lived, hashed network identifiers to limit misuse; it does not store raw IP addresses with applications. We do not ask for a CNIC, bank details, payment information or a date of birth. Please leave private financial, health or identity information out of the optional note.

Why we use these details

We use your details to review seminar applications, prevent duplicate entries, understand learning needs and handle changes or withdrawal. Readiness answers help the team plan follow-up and prioritise applications for review. A saved application is provisional; the website does not automatically confirm a seat.

Applying does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing or require you to buy training. We do not sell your contact details or give the application list to other advertisers. Only people authorised to manage MakeWay Institute's applications should have access to it.

WhatsApp and email are separate choices

You can apply without agreeing to WhatsApp or email messages. Each channel has its own optional choice for seminar application updates, confirmations and reminders. Neither choice covers unrelated promotions.

No live WhatsApp or email provider is connected yet. Saving an application does not send a message. Before delivery starts, we will update this policy with the active provider details. The official WhatsApp integration would share the recipient number, message content and delivery information with Meta and WhatsApp for opted-in updates. An email provider would process the recipient address and message for people who chose email updates.

Withdrawing your application stops its pending updates. You can also ask us to stop either channel separately using the contact route below. Each live message must explain how to stop updates for that channel.

Hosting, storage and your private receipt

Cloudflare provides this website's hosting and its private D1 application database. Your application is not a public listing. Cloudflare may process or store information outside Pakistan. Read Cloudflare's privacy policy for its handling of service and network information.

You do not need an account or password to apply. A fresh application receives a private receipt that authorises withdrawal or deletion. We store a hash of that receipt, rather than the receipt itself. A phone number alone cannot open or claim an application. Keep the receipt private.

If you choose to keep a browser receipt, the browser keeps it for the current session. This website has no Meta Pixel or advertising analytics integration. We will update this policy before adding tracking or changing how application details are used.

How long we keep it

Pending applications remain while the seminar is being arranged. The default retention period is 90 days after the event is marked complete or after you withdraw. An authorised operator carries out routine cleanup, which also removes linked pending message records.

You can choose earlier deletion using your private receipt. Deleting removes your application from the live database. Withdrawing stops the application and its pending updates while leaving a record until the retention period ends. Cloudflare recovery copies follow its database backup and recovery period.

Your choices and requests

Use your private receipt with the application controls on this website to withdraw or delete your application. You can also ask for a copy or correction of your details, or to stop using them for messages. We may need your private receipt or another proportionate check before acting so we do not expose someone else's record.

For help, use Abdullah's existing Facebook page to ask for a private contact route. Do not post your phone number or receipt in a public comment. The original AYA WhatsApp channel carries public updates and is not a direct support inbox.

If you are under 18

Ask a parent or guardian to submit the online form using their own contact details. This rule concerns online data submission; it does not set the course's age or admission requirements.
